The space
The neighbourhood’s brick buildings inspired the coffee bar, where red brick runs across the floor, seating and counter. Beyond it, the roastery retains its raw concrete surfaces. Between the two sits a wood-lined tasting room, connecting the work of our roasting team with the coffees we serve.
Cupping table
Our sourcing and quality team work at the centre of the roastery, visible from the coffee bar. Here, we taste and assess coffees, making the decisions that shape our selection and refining how each coffee is roasted. This daily work helps us understand and preserve the character we want to share in the cup.
